Welcome to Elevera Network ("Elevera," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, podcasts, membership, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use them to harass others or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Accounts and Applications
Membership may require an application and is subject to approval. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. We may accept, decline, suspend, or terminate membership at our discretion.
Membership, Payments, and Cancellation
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown when you purchase, plus any one-time setup fees disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or stated in writing, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with advance notice.

All content on the Services, including podcasts, episodes, written materials, graphics, logos, and the Elevera name, is owned by Elevera or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may listen to and view content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Your Content and Submissions
If you submit content, feedback, or ideas to us, you grant Elevera a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that material in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit it.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevera and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
