Elevera is a network of podcasts and a community for women in the middle of their next chapter. We're not ready to call it in. We want to level up, find our people, and do the things, and it gets harder to find women who understand as we grow. So we built a place for exactly that.
Why we started Elevera
I've built and sold several businesses, and I've been producing and building podcasts since 2013. I co-founded PodGrowth with a partner, and together we've helped launch hundreds of shows.
Across all of it, one pattern kept repeating: women not showing up to see their show through. The reasons sounded familiar. I don't look happy enough. I'm too tired. No one's going to like this. I'm not smart enough. I need one more degree first. It was rarely about ability. It was friction and self-doubt.
At the same time, I saw how few places there are for women in this stage of life, and how much hunger there is for content that speaks to it.
So Elevera is both. It's a network of shows where everything is done for you, so there's no excuse left except to show up. And it's a community around those shows, for the women who need to hear them.
